I'm Berta Aldrich

As an award-winning C-suite executive turned published author, keynote speaker, and executive trainer and coach, I’m showing companies how to leverage their unique strategic purpose — the most rewarding component of their company culture and brand — to catalyze outperformance from the top down.

During my mid-career, I was given an incredible opportunity to sit at the senior executive table. Although I had the ambition, talent, and track record of results to be there, I lacked exposure to the strategic conversations and acumen needed to deliver real and meaningful value.  Senior executive mentors attempted to fill the gap, but their time was limited. So I set out to acquire the knowledge as quickly as possible, earning my MBA with an emphasis on Corporate Strategy and Statistics in record time. 

It was a critical tipping point in my career that has driven industry-leading results in every executive position I’ve held since that time. I learned that strategy matters, and those that have this key knowledge — along with the ability to execute throughout your organization — will outpace and outperform at the highest levels of your organization and industry.
